Best Mechanical Spaces Award – GSA Region 2

Rosemark is proud to announce the award of Best Mechanical Spaces for Region 2 at the James Hanley Federal Building in Syracuse, New York to Chad Schmeling, Brandon Crandall, Kevin Geers, Nate Wallace, Rex Stetson, and Dave Walton.

 

The James Hanley Federal Building located in downtown Syracuse is an important building in Rosemark’s management portfolio. This GSA owned building occupies an entire city block and consists of a 13 story tower, 15 story north tower, joined by a 16 story center core tower and was built in 1977.

 

Rosemark’s contract with GSA is for the operations & maintenance of the Hanley Building, as well as the Alexander Pirnie Federal Building in Utica, NY and the Binghamton Federal Building in Binghamton, NY.

 

This is an important award for the Rosemark crew located at the James. M. Hanley Federal Building, way to go guys!
