Rosemark is looking to hire a Facility Manager for a multi-building / multi-city project. The position will be based out of Syracuse, New York Minimum of 5 years experience with similar size and project complexity preferred. Experience with Maximo or other similar CMMS systems preferred. Paid for health, dental, and life. Government Holidays. Salary and Location Negotiable. Background Check Required.
Job Requirements Include:
– Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing union and non-union labor for day-to-day operations of all facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems for three federal sites
– Responsible for Energy Reduction Planning projects for the GSA
– Plan and execute the replacement of end-of-life equipment
– Review GSA Project documents for errors and seamless building integration
– Responsible for Facilitating payroll
– oversee all aspects of NCMMS (Maximo) database for the three federal sites
– Coordinate with the BMS Vendor Technician to correct issues found.
– Plan and Execute multiple Task orders up to $1,000,000 dollars
– HVAC Experience a plus
